Terms of Service

Will DoWon't Do
- Original Characters (OCs)
- Fanart
- Slight NSFW		- Fetishes
- NSFW
- Mecha

Commission Info:

  • Payment via PayPal upfront

  • Refunds available ONLY if said commission hasn't been started

  • I reserve the rights to change my Terms of Service at anytime (does not apply to commission before said change)

  • Deadline: 3 weeks after the payment

Revisions:

  • 2 free revisions at sketch phase

  • 1 free revision at coloring phase

  • Extra revisions will incur additional charges

  • Free revisions limited to the details provided in the form, applies for minor changes as well.
    Major changes (e.g. outfit, pose) will cost extra.
    I may suggest changes to the composition - these suggestions will be free and the final decision is yours.

The Client:

  • You may use your commission only for personal use.

  • You can post your commission online as long as you credit the artist (@maskedpersonnel).

  • You may edit the finished artwork.

  • Do not resell or make profit from the commission.

  • Do not use the commission for NFTs, AI generators, or any technologies similar in nature to such listed.

The Artist

  • I reserve the right to decline commission requests for personal reasons.

  • I retain all rights and ownership of commissioned artworks.

  • I may use the commission whether finished or work-in-progress stages for self-promotion, portfolio, and display (e.g. websites, profile - with client permission).

  • I will not post your commission if you request privacy.

Extra Note

  • If something isn't listed on the "Will Do" or "Won't Do" feel free to reach out, as I most likely don't have it up there due to me not having experience drawing such.
